A small forum type site would work well to maintain interaction between the guests and the couple. It will also give the guests a chance to talk among themselves to facilitate their trip. Of course, each person should use a login so that the website is kept private from the general public.

Furnish as much information as possible. There is no such thing as too many details when trying to arrange travel for a group of people. Some of the information that the guests will expect and other information that will be helpful include:

• outside links to destination country entry requirements,
• links to passport office for those that must apply for a passport,
• links to weather information and general tourist tidbits for the destination,
• any discounts, savings or coupon codes of which guests should be aware when booking flight and hotel arrangements,
• transportation details from airport to location,
• types of activities that will be available for the guests’ enjoyment.
